Pastor Sam Balogun

Founder & Senior Pastor
Pastor Sam Balogun is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Citizens Church International, located on Abiola Way, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He is a Scripture-centered leader widely respected for his depth of biblical insight, clarity in teaching, and strong emphasis on spiritual understanding and practical Christian living.

His ministry is marked by sound doctrine, leadership development, and a commitment to raising believers who live out their faith with conviction and purpose.

He is the Founder of Seed Royal Bible School, an institution dedicated to equipping believers with thorough biblical knowledge and spiritual discipline. Through this training platform, numerous graduates have been empowered to impact their communities, churches, and professional spheres with the principles and teachings they received.

Beyond pastoral ministry, Pastor Sam Balogun plays a strategic leadership role in Christian education. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Christian School Owners Association of Nigeria, where he provides direction and advocacy for faith-based educational institutions across the state.

He is also the Founder of Covenant Arrows Model School, an institution committed not only to academic excellence but also to moral and spiritual formation. Under his leadership, the school has provided scholarships to underprivileged children, reflecting his passion for accessible and value-driven education.

Pastor Sam Balogun is married to Pastor (Mrs.) Felicia Balogun, and they are blessed with four children. Together, they exemplify godly leadership, family values, and a shared dedication to advancing the Kingdom of God through ministry and education.

Pastor (Mrs.) Felicia Balogun is a respected Christian leader, educator, and mentor whose life reflects service, compassion, and unwavering devotion to biblical truth. Fondly regarded as a “Mother in Israel,” she embodies spiritual nurture, wisdom, and steadfast commitment to the growth of families and the body of Christ.

She is a retired DDNS nurse from the Federal Medical Centre Abeokuta, where she served with distinction and professionalism. Her years in healthcare were marked by diligence, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the well-being of others. Her medical career not only demonstrated technical competence but also revealed her heart for compassionate service.

A passionate and Scripture-based Christian, Pastor (Mrs.) Felicia Balogun is deeply rooted in the Word of God. Her teachings and counsel are grounded in biblical principles, and she is known for her clarity, spiritual sensitivity, and motherly guidance in ministry.

She currently serves as the Director of Covenant Arrows Model School, where she provides strong administrative leadership and spiritual oversight. Under her direction, the institution continues to uphold academic excellence, godly character formation, and a nurturing environment for young learners.

Through ministry, healthcare, and education, Pastor (Mrs.) Felicia Balogun continues to impact lives—raising a generation grounded in faith, discipline, and purpose.

Resident Pastor, Kingdom Citizens Church INT’L – Osaara Branch
Pastor Olawale Somoye serves as the Resident Pastor of the Osaara Branch of Kingdom Citizens Church International, where he provides faithful pastoral oversight and spiritual leadership to the congregation. With over 15 years of ministry experience, he is deeply committed to raising believers who are grounded in truth, passionate about the Kingdom, and effective in their Christian walk.

He carries a strong grace for discipleship, church administration, and small group leadership, with a heart for building systems that nurture spiritual growth and sustain the work of God. Under his leadership, the Osaara branch has witnessed steady growth in membership, spiritual depth, and community impact through consistent teaching and intentional outreach initiatives.

Pastor Somoye is particularly anointed in expository teaching, with a unique ability to break down God's Word and apply it practically to everyday life. He oversees the church's discipleship arm, Kingdom Foundations, through which over 300 believers have been firmly established in foundational Christian doctrines and Kingdom principles.

He is married to Deaconess Francisca Somoye, and together they share a burden for souls and a passion for seeing lives transformed in Osaara and its environs. Their 13-year marriage stands as a testimony of God's faithfulness and continues to inspire many couples within the church community and beyond.

Pastor Peter Oluwakunbi

Residential Pastor
Pastor Peter Oluwakunbi is a dynamic and zealous minister of the Gospel, widely recognized for his passion for youth development and sound biblical teaching. He serves at Kingdom Citizens Church International, where he previously held the position of Youth President and played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the church's youth ministry.

As a devoted lover of Christ and a committed teacher of the Word, Pastor Peter is known for delivering Scripture-based teachings with clarity, depth, and practical relevance. His ministry has significantly impacted the lives of many young people within the church and the surrounding community, guiding them toward spiritual maturity, moral integrity, and purposeful living.

He currently serves as the Residential Pastor at the headquarters of the church, providing pastoral oversight, spiritual leadership, and consistent mentorship to members. His leadership is marked by dedication, discipline, and a strong emphasis on spiritual growth and accountability.

Beyond pastoral ministry, Pastor Peter Oluwakunbi is the Founder of an academic institution rooted in the pursuit of excellence and spiritual understanding. The school is committed to combining high academic standards with strong moral and biblical foundations, preparing students to excel both intellectually and spiritually.

He is married to Mrs. Olaide Oluwakunbi, and together they continue to serve faithfully in ministry and community development.

Evangelist Daniel Onaleye is a devoted minister and the first appointed—and currently serving—Evangelist of Kingdom Citizens Church International. He carries a distinct passion for evangelism and is deeply committed to the mandate of soul-winning and kingdom advancement.

Known for his zeal, discipline, and unwavering dedication to outreach, Evangelist Onaleye has consistently championed rigorous evangelistic efforts within the church and the broader community. His ministry is marked by bold proclamation of the Gospel, strategic outreach initiatives, and a sincere burden for the salvation and spiritual growth of souls.

In addition to his evangelistic office, he currently serves as the Choir Director, providing musical leadership and fostering a vibrant worship culture within the church. Under his direction, the choir continues to uphold excellence in worship, blending spiritual depth with musical precision.

Evangelist Daniel Onaleye is married to Mrs. Onaleye, and together they faithfully support the vision of the ministry through service, dedication, and commitment to the work of God.
